The Basics
No — we operate as a dry hire mobile bar. All alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the client in accordance with Colorado liquor laws.
Our tap system can serve a wide variety of beverages. If it's keg-compatible, we can usually pour it.

We include travel within 30 miles of Arvada, Colorado. Events outside that radius are charged at $2.00 per mile (one-way).
Nope — our trailer is fully self-contained. We use CO₂-powered taps and do not require hookups for standard service.
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before service begins to fully set up and ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.
Yes — we carry General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance through an A+ rated carrier. Certificates of Insurance and additional insured endorsements are available upon request.
We need a relatively level parking space with safe access for the trailer. Exact dimensions and access details can be discussed during booking.
Service Standards
We hold ourselves to a high standard so every event runs smoothly and responsibly.
  • We do not serve anyone under 21
  • No open bar service past midnight
  • Events conclude by 2:00 AM
  • Bartenders do not consume alcohol during service hours
Booking & Payments
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer are required to secure your event date.
Yes — retainers are refundable within 7 days of signing. After that, the retainer becomes non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date.
Possibly! Additional service hours are $225 per hour and must be arranged in advance whenever possible.
Gratuity is not required but always appreciated. Many clients choose to add 18–20%.
Yes — Colorado sales tax of 2.9% is added to invoices. Applicable local/city taxes may also apply.
